You made the mugs, setup the online store, put yourself out there, MADE THE SALE, and then...

Ouch! ​Like a breakup or a last date: you looked promising at first but upon closer inspection... nah. Not a pleasant experience.

Your pots need to look like the pictures on your website.

That's the bottom line.  Even if they don't like it, at least they know what they are getting.  Having good product photos is part of the solution.

Repeat throwing consistent shapes is the other part - the harder part.
